Hi! I’m G. Vighnesh, a creative professional whose career started as an Art Director in feature films, subsequently switching to advertising, which took me across the country and even beyond. For over 13 years now, working as an Art and Creative Director in Mumbai and Bangalore, I've had the good fortune of learning from and working with some of the best creative minds in the country.
My prior experience as an Art Director/Set Designer in feature films and commercials, gave me an advantage when it came to conceptualising campaigns that required effective storytelling. During my last two stints in advertising, I led and groomed multiple teams of talented young creatives in creating successful campaigns, along with solid brand work for Skoda, McDonald's, Volkswagen, Clean & Clear, Zee and TikTok.
I also had the opportunity to venture into a completely new industry, working as the creative head at a PR firm based in Bengaluru, where I actively led all their design accounts, managed different stakeholders and applied my creative sensibilities to best use on brands such as Lenovo, Amazon, Bosch, Boeing, Marico and Texas Instruments.
I believe that the purpose of design is not just to communicate an idea effectively but also to elevate it to something more visceral. My design philosophy is to look at customers as fans, rather than followers, by keeping their joy in the brand engaged and alive.
